Export Your Data

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, in a structured, machine-readable format (GDPR Article 20).

What the export includes

• Profile information
• Your posts, including captions and metadata
• Your comments
• Your messages
• Your follows and followers
• Your account settings and preferences
• Your activity history

Videos and images are included as files alongside a JSON index.

How to request it

If you are signed in: Settings → Account → Export my data.

If you cannot sign in: email privacy@umtuba.com from the registered address with the subject "Data export request".

What happens next

• We confirm your request
• We prepare the export — this usually takes a few days and may take up to one month
• We email you a secure download link
• The link expires after 7 days

Format

A ZIP archive containing JSON files and your media. JSON is readable by common tools and can be imported elsewhere.
